Serviceline announces a new service partnership with leading German combination oven maker Eloma
Catering equipment and combi ovens especially are becoming increasingly more sophisticated, requiring the very best technical support, from initial commissioning and throughout the machines’ working life.
The new Service Partnership reinforces Serviceline’s position as the UK’s leading supplier of commercial kitchen and refrigeration maintenance, providing the highest levels of customer support.
Serviceline will commission new Eloma combis, ensuring the very best start to the life of the machine and complete peace of mind for the caterer. Most importantly, this will validate the caterer’s combi warranty and ensure they receive the highest levels of technical support.
The Partnership means Serviceline engineers have increased access to Eloma’s technical resources. Many engineers have already received additional training from Eloma and this aspect of the Partnership will continue to develop as new products and new innovations come onto the market.
Sourcing spares directly from the German factory will also increase the service levels for Eloma customers. Serviceline will hold Eloma stock in the UK warehouses and its engineers vans will carry a larger selection of the most commonly required Eloma spare parts.
Serviceline is also the exclusive agent for Eloma Multi-Clean detergent and rinse-aid, designed by Eloma to offer the highest quality oven cleaning specifically for their direct water injection combination ovens.
