As we continue to expand out of the pandemic, we are now looking to recruit an Asset Surveyor to support both our Sales and Operational teams.

Part of the AFE group, Serviceline have over 30 years’ experience in providing the Commercial Catering Industry with engineer support and are viewed as one of the leading service providers in our sector. We maintain and service a diverse blue-chip client base such as, public services, national stadiums, prestigious office blocks to major leisure operators throughout the UK.

We are now looking for a strong communicator with a proven customer service background to support our large and diverse client base with an emphasise on attention to detail and excellent customer service.

As Asset Surveyor, you will be predominantly customer site based, being responsible for the continual on-site asset management and development covering a national client base with the requirement to stay away several times in a month. You will also be required to attend our modern Head office in Letchworth where the Sales, Contracts and operational teams are located.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in high performance management with self-discipline to manage their own time and diary whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Experience will ideally have been gained within the Service, FMCG or Supply Chain sector, with commercial catering knowledge an added benefit.
  • A knowledge of the hospitality industry would be a strong advantage but not essential.
  • The ability to work round and manage customers in busy Kitchen environments whilst asset tagging and condition reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is necessary.
