The Opus 800 Twin-Tank Free Standing Electric Fryer is designed for busy commercial kitchens requiring versatility and reliability. Featuring two independent fryer tanks with a mechanical thermostat, it ensures precise temperature control up to 190°C. Its freestanding design and robust 14 kW power supply (400V, three-phase) make it ideal for pubs, restaurants, and catering businesses.
The fryer’s hinged, lift-out heating elements include a safety interlock for easy and safe cleaning. With a high food production rate, up to 40 kg per hour for frozen chips and 56.2 kg per hour for chilled chips. This fryer is built to meet high demand without compromising on performance.
Professional installation is required due to its electrical specifications. The unit does not require a water or drain line and comes without a drip pan, keeping the setup simple and efficient.
