The Hobart AUPT-10B is a powerful and efficient double hood-type commercial dishwasher ideal for high-volume operations such as hotels, hospitals, and large restaurants. Offering up to 140 racks per hour, it delivers exceptional throughput — washing up to 2,520 plates or 5,040 glasses hourly.
Equipped with 8 automatic wash cycles (including eco, hygiene, and starch removal), the AUPT-10B adapts to any washing need. Its Multi-Setting booster allows you to reduce power consumption by halving booster output when connected to hot water, making it both cost-effective and energy-efficient.
Constructed from high-quality stainless steel (1.4301) and featuring a heat and noise insulated hood, it’s built to last and operate quietly. The strainer soil sensor, self-cleaning program, and USB interface ensure optimal hygiene and data tracking. Plus, with an integrated Wi-Fi module, the unit supports remote diagnostics and easy updates.
The unit comes ready to install with all essentials: fill/drain hose, electrical cable, detergent and rinse aid dispensers, rinse and drain pumps, and a backflow preventer. Includes 4 plate racks and 1 cutlery rack for convenience.
