We are pleased to announce the launch of new Eloma Combination Oven Detergent and Rinse Aid.
Many widely used detergents and rinse aids are designed for global water conditions, which can be very different from the water we find in the UK. Eloma detergent is designed specifically for Combination Ovens used in the UK.
Eloma detergent is also specifically aimed at protecting Combination Ovens which use direct water injection and do not use a boiler. These ovens can suffer when untreated water is sprayed directly onto the heat exchanger, so it is always recommended that a water treatment device is fitted to remove harmful scale and deposits. A daily cleaning regime, which uses our new Eloma Combination Oven detergent and rinse aid, and avoids scrubbing with scourers, will further help protect the oven and extend its life.
Finally, a new formula Eloma Rinse Aid has been developed which increases the removal of residues left after cleaning, leaving the oven interior not only hygienically clean, but ready for cooking again.
WHICH WATER TREATMENT?
Serviceline’s engineers have been trained to analyse the water entering your combination oven, and to recommend the most appropriate water treatment for your kitchen.
We may recommend that you don’t need any water treatment device, because sometimes, the natural water is already suitable for the ovens, and by installing a water treatment device, you are actually making the water more acidic, and likely to attack the oven’s metal components and oven chamber.
On the other hand, we may recommend a full Reverse Osmosis unit as the only sure way you have of combating potentially harmful scale and chemicals from the water supply. Using the new formula Detergent and Rinse Aid will work hand-in-hand with the RO unit, and ensure that deposits which can be introduced to the oven from containers and foodstuffs are completely washed away without inadvertently adding to the problem.
