Falcon’s laboratory and demonstration kitchen are located in Central Scotland. This facility allows hands-on testing by prospective clients, and forms the heart of product development and innovation that has led to the design of state-of-the-art products such as the Vario-Therm bulk meal delivery system, the Connected Kitchen Monitoring Solution and the Falcon Fryer Angel fire prevention system, as well as market-leading appliances such as induction ranges and high-performance fryers.
