The E9042 features 2 high performance 4kW cast iron hotplates. The deep drawn pressed wells in the one piece hob contain spillages and wide radiused corners prevent grease and grime build up and are easy to clean and keep clean. The hotplates are 300mm square and have 6 heat positions.
2mm thick 304 culinary grade stainless steel construction provide robustness and longevity and is laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the patented Dynamic Link System (DLS). The unit is also IPX5 rated.
The unit is supplied on adjustable feet, with fixed or mobile stand available.
