The single-phase Lainox Oracle ORACBS high-speed oven combines three advanced cooking technologies—microwave, fan-assisted, and impingement heating. It offers two versatile cooking modes: High-Speed Oven mode (utilising all three technologies) and Combi Wave mode, allowing users to choose microwave, convection, or a combination of both. This flexibility enables operators to reduce queue times without compromising food quality.
Featuring an intuitive 7″ full-colour LCD touchscreen, the Oracle oven is easy to navigate and can be customised to meet the unique needs of each site. Built-in WiFi connectivity allows recipes to be uploaded and shared via the Nabook Plus platform, giving users access to a global library of programs and operator insights.
