The Panasonic NE-3280 super heavy duty commercial microwave is built for the most demanding professional kitchens. Delivering a powerful 3200W output and a spacious 44-litre (1.56 cu.ft) capacity, this microwave offers exceptional speed and cooking coverage thanks to its innovative quad emission technology with four magnetrons and rotating waveguides.
Designed for versatility, the NE-3280 accommodates up to two 1/1 gastronorm containers stacked in two layers, making it perfect for large batch cooking. Its ability to steam food by utilizing moisture within the food itself drastically reduces cooking times for fresh vegetables and other items, cutting steaming times by more than half compared to conventional methods.
The unit features four adjustable power levels and programmable touch controls with up to 16 multi-stage cooking programs, including two- and three-stage cooking sequences. Manual heating and repeat functions add further operational flexibility.
Constructed with durability and hygiene in mind, the microwave boasts a stainless steel cavity and exterior, along with a removable ceramic shelf for easy cleaning. Additional features include a pull-to-open drop-down door and a cycle counter that tracks the number of operations for maintenance and monitoring.
