The Rational iCombi Classic 10-1/1 E is a high-performance combi oven designed to meet the fast-paced demands of commercial kitchens. With space for up to 10 x GN 1/1 trays, this unit allows you to cook up to 150 meals per day, all while preserving flavour, moisture, and consistency.

Combining steam and convection cooking modes, it gives you total control over temperature and humidity. The manual operating modes and recipe memory for up to 100 programs ensure repeatable results for your most popular dishes. It also features a retractable hand shower and four automatic cleaning cycles to keep hygiene standards high without manual scrubbing.
