SL+7 Operations Centre
Our cutting-edge Operations Centre is our technical hub, controlling the service work-flow and engineering resource. Manned 24/7-364 days per year, processing 500+ calls per day, housing our various teams of electro-mechanical support, asset management, call handling and customer contact.
All calls received are triaged and technically screened prior to being electronically transmitted to our engineers networked tablets. With the benefit of our nationwide vehicle tracking software and our customer specific asset data base, our call handling teams have the ability to distribute all calls geographically whilst prioritising attendance based on service level agreements.
