The Winterhalter UC-XL-E is the largest model in Winterhalter’s renowned range of premium undercounter dishwashers. Designed for high-demand kitchens, it accommodates large 500 x 530 mm baskets, making it ideal for washing bulky platters, gastronorm pans, crockery, and glassware with outstanding efficiency.

Equipped with advanced washing cycles and a user-friendly Smart Touch digital control panel, the UC-XL-E lets you easily select the perfect cycle tailored to your load. It achieves a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds — a level of sanitation impossible to replicate with handwashing — ensuring spotless, hygienic results that protect both staff and customers from transmissible viruses.

This model also includes an internal water softener, allowing reliable operation in medium to hard water areas, and features innovative technology such as VarioPower, which adjusts rinse pressure for maximum performance while reducing water and energy consumption. The dishwasher runs quietly in ‘Quiet Mode’ and offers up to three programmable wash cycles to suit varied cleaning needs.

Additional features include precise detergent and rinse aid dosing, a self-cleaning programme for hygiene maintenance, and a WRAS-compliant air gap to safeguard water quality.
