SL+4 Training & Development

Our purpose-built Training Academy delivers structured City & Guilds accredited daily coaching and development to all our operational divisions and customers.

In conjunction the Research and Development division, our training team refine existing Service Operating Procedures & Method Statements for Catering devices and Refrigeration system servicing and repair, and cascade directly to our engineers, whilst developing new disciplines for the wider business.

The training and research engineering function allows us to quickly mobilise new customer contracts and provide detailed written reassurance of technical, compliance and quality engineering standards for both new and existing customers.
